Went to a great talk last night on tiger sharks by Dr. Neil Hammerschlag at the Univ. Miami. Great info for book #3 in Tristan Hunt and the Sea Guardians series which I'm writing right now and has some tiger sharks in the story. Big heads, huge mouths, strong teeth, like the crunchy treat of a sea turtle, and will eat just about anything (boots, tire, bag-o-potatoes) - except humans, not typically on the menu. Also showed new information on migrations and potential critical habitat area for feeding and mating. Thanks Neil, keep up the good work!
